As a member of the applied research team, you will set Chroma’s research and development direction and carry out novel empirical research to advance the state of retrieval for AI.

Who you are#

• You have a proven research track record, and experience with research leadership.
• Experience with NLP, information retrieval, representation learning, and modern generative AI is desirable.
