What you'll do#

Millions of AI developers will rely on Chroma's cloud service for their applications. We can't afford to deliver something that's just 'good enough'. The AI ecosystem is developing rapidly, and Chroma's service must support today's applications, while building towards tomorrow's.

Chroma's cloud service must be a well-designed distributed system, running at high reliability with high performance, and with a world-class developer experience.

As a member of Chroma’s backend and infrastructure team you’ll contribute to the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Chroma's developer cloud.

Who you are#

4+ years of writing and owning production Go services.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with production deployed distributed systems and databases.

Bonus:

Experience with systems programming in Rust.
