What you'll do#

Chroma Cloud is launching soon. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help us build and scale the business. You'll work directly with the CEO. This is Chroma's first dedicated GTM hire - your scope and responsbilities will reflect this. This is an exceptionally demanding, high-velocity role.

Who you are#

5+ years of experience in technical product, business operations, or strategy roles, preferably in developer tools or infrastructure software
Strong understanding of PLG principles and experience implementing PLG motions
Data-driven mindset with experience in SQL and basic analytics tools
Technical aptitude to understand retrieval, embeddings, and their applications in AI/ML
Excellent verbal and written communication
Great taste for design
